Job Summary:

Services, supports and maintains equipment required by a tool maker. Manufactures components using machine tool equipment with the ability to read and understand part drawings with limited guidance. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures and regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Promote interdependence by looking out for one another. Correct hazards within your control and capabilities. Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact. Engage in HSE Training. Quality Applies high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship. Support equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis. Performs work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments . Follows all process documentation and quality procedures. Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Performs quality inspections. Delivery Ability to run all tool room equipment including Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machines, lathes, grinders, milling machines, drill presses and shapers. Ability to use measuring devices, layout work and set up of tool room machines to build or fabricate details and assemble as needed. Repairs and maintains manufacturing equipment . Performs and documents preventive, emergency, corrective and predictive maintenance activities. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks. Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints Schedule maintenance activities around production requirements Solve problems and improve processes Participate in continuous improvement activities Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements. Participates actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

Qualifications

Principais Responsabilidades:

Executar geometria e eliminar folgas em máquinas operatrizes e/ou máquinas CNC's, dispositivos e ferramentas, através da análise das medições realizadas, dados dos relatórios de medição tridimensional e monitoramento da estabilidade dimensional (capabilidade de processo);

Executar serviços de manutenção mecânica corretiva, preditiva e preventiva de média complexidade, nas áreas produtivas, mantendo suas especificações e projeto original, interpretando manuais técnicos e planos de manutenção, de acordo com os procedimentos de segurança e qualidade;

Desmontagem / Montagem e Ajuste: de fusos de esferas recirculantes de precisão; conjunto de rolamentos do eixo arvore; conjunto moto fuso "spindle"; mesas rotativas NC e ou 360° x 1, caixa de transmissão de multifusos; identificar e corrigir falhas (crônicas e esporádicas) em sistemas mecânicos de máquinas/dispositivos, prensas e células de montagem;

Elaborar croquis de peças e componentes de máquinas e equipamentos;

Operar máquinas operatrizes (retíficas, fresadoras, tornos etc.) para construção ou recondicionamento de peças mecânicas;

Melhorar e modificar sistemas mecânicos de máquinas e dispositivos em geral, com o propósito de eliminar falhas crônicas ou esporádicas;

Desenvolver conteúdos e compartilhar conhecimentos com os membros da equipe, conforme demandas e orientações;

Acompanhar e realizar os testes de novas máquinas, serviços, instalações e equipamentos industriais, bem como os serviços prestados por terceiros;

Realizar a movimentação esporádica de peças e equipamentos em manutenção, utilizando empilhadeiras, quando devidamente habilitado (documentos em posse da Área de Segurança Industrial);

Assegurar o atendimento ao programa TPM nos equipamentos de sua atuação, cumprindo com os requisitos e responsabilidades do programa;

Atuar como facilitador de ponta no sistema de trabalho em time (TBWS), quando solicitado e devidamente treinado;

Zelar pelo uso e conservação dos recursos disponíveis (máquinas, equipamentos, ferramentas, uniformes, EPIs etc), conforme Normas Regulamentadoras de Segurança, Qualidade e Housekeeping - 5S, bem como manter os locais de trabalho limpos e organizados.

Formação: Ensino Médio Completo e Ferramenteiro ou Ajustador Ferramenteiro SENAI ou equivalente.

Experiência: 3 a 5 anos de experiência sólida na área de manutenção em máquinas CNC e convencionais, lavadoras, prensas, linhas de montagens, robôs, transportadores e equipamentos auxiliares

Tool and Fixture Design - Selects work-piece-holding devices capable of effectively holding parts and products during a manufacturing process to secure their position to meet functional requirements.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
