Job Summary:
Implements Cummins' Corporate Responsibility strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as an internal resource for Corporate Responsibility issues. Leads multiple projects from inception to completion; identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues; plans and monitors project budgets; maintains project notes, databases, and other records. Researches, plans, and implements segments of the Cummins Corporate Responsibility strategy; coordinates with Business Units and functions to develop appropriate internal and external projects and employee involvement plans. Develops relationships with external community partners. Researches and drafts reports on Corporate Responsibility activities, including participation rates, successes, and input for improvements; assists in implementing activities relating to external public relations, marketing, recognition, and awards to support Cummins' Corporate Responsibility efforts locally and globally. Attends conferences, interfaces with local community organizations and committees, and gathers and shares resources in the local market.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent post-secondary degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Public Relations, Environmental Sciences or relevant subject required.
Experience:
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
Practical experience working with community organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Project management
- Lead multiple projects from inception to completion
- Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project
Governance
- Be responsible and accountable for setting and meeting AOP targets for all projects
- Serve as primary interface between the project sponsors, team and community
- Establish project performance goals
- Design project plan , develop timeline, identify project milestones, and track performance against performance goals and timeline.
- Plan and monitor project budget, conducts research and analysis; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
- Present project progress and review with all plant leaders on monthly basis
- Engage passionate employees as CR project team members
- Bring skill, talent and engage SME during project execution- Engage with Medical, HSE, facility and other functions
- Ensure continuous engagement with internal and external stakeholders and sign off
EEEC and partnership
- Facilitate and lead local and global leaders visit to project sites
- Selection and onboarding new NGO for execution of projects
- Create and execute opportunities for external partnerships for multiplying impact- ICICI, NABARD etc
- Impact measurement and project submission for awards Ensure on time payment to NGO. Maintain database and partner with finance
- Ensure engagement opportunities for employees both within and across Business units for all at Megasite
- Drive employee recognition for CR work with plant leader
Stakeholder management
- Develop relationships with external community partners.
- Engage with local media and maintain connect to ensure apt coverage
- Support HR and IR for data and facilitate discussion with PAP
- Serve as Cummins brand ambassador in local community and reinforce our values and brand promise
- Help develop social fence and provide intelligence service to security and GR teams
- Handle conflict situations effectively
