DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Branch Workshop Supervisor to join our team specialising in Service within our Distribution Business Unit in Leeds, United Kingdom.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Champion a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, ensuring full compliance and excellent housekeeping standards.
- Drive efficient workshop operations by optimising resources, productivity, and repair quality.
- Support high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and service delivery aligned to customer commitments.
- Lead, coach, and develop workshop, warehouse, and service teams through clear direction, feedback, and development planning.
- Enable smooth day-to-day workshop execution by supporting the Workshop Foreperson and coordinating technician schedules and priorities.
- Collaborate with UK Service Operations, Service Admin, Segment Leaders, and Business Development to meet customer and business needs.
- Manage branch costs and operational performance in line with AOP, including quote accuracy and warranty support.
- Deputise for the Site Leader when required, ensuring continuity of operations and compliance activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Proven people leadership skills with the ability to direct work, build accountability, and motivate teams.
- Strong customer focus with confidence managing operational challenges and customer expectations.
- Solid operational and technical understanding to support workshop performance and effective escalation.
- Financial and commercial awareness to support cost control, productivity, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a technical or service environment with team leadership or supervisory responsibility.
- Ability to operate effectively in a safety-critical, customer-focused environment.
