Provides technical and operational support to users and organizational systems, ensuring the proper functioning and continuity of IT services. Provides timely assistance and follow-up on incidents and service requests, tro

ubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and applications. Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues and a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users both onsite and remotely.
• Receive, diagnose, and follow up on IT incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and update computers, applications, and IT systems.
• Manage and follow up on user accounts, access, and permissions.
• Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams or external vendors when required.
• Provide IT support during the implementation of new systems, equipment, and projects.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with users and provide customer-focused support.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for IT equipment and infrastructure.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT processes and services.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Networking, Infrastructure, or a related field.
