DESCRIPTION

Cummins is looking for a Service administrator to complete its service team in Grande Prairie, AB.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Serves as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
  • Assesses customers needs and gathers pertinent information.
  • Creates basic work orders in appropriate systems.
  • Provides some status updates to customers, as requested.

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Customer service experience is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience in a similar role in automotive, agriculture, industrial equipment etc. considered an asset
  • Able to use various platforms- including but not limited to, Field Aware, Guidanze, BMS, BI reports, etc.

About the role:

  • Working hours are on a Monday to Friday (8 hour days) OR Tuesday to Friday (10 hour days)
  • Salary range starts at 65000$ annually- depending on experience.
  • Answer customer calls and schedule technicians.
  • Create work orders.
  • Travel -will be required to attend in person meetings and training within mining group periodically and will be communicated by Manager.
  • Process invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Warranty work.
  • Assist in safety support and documentation including weekly meetings and record keeping with the opportunity to be on local safety committee
  • Assist in training support and documentation including keeping records of employee trainings and required renewals (Forklift, Fall arrest, WHMIS, etc.)
  • May be located in Grande Prairie or Ft McMurray but will assist both branches on their day-to-day operations when needed.
