Administrative Associate - Engineering

We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team, specialising in engineering operations and leadership support within our Power Systems organisation in Sandwich, Kent.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Enable consistent and effective leadership cadence across a global engineering organisation through structured coordination and follow-up.
  • Strengthen cross-regional alignment by connecting teams across EMEIA and ensuring clear communication of priorities and updates.
  • Improve decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insight-driven reports and dashboards.
  • Enhance visibility of key projects, risks, and performance metrics through high-quality tracking and reporting.
  • Drive execution discipline by capturing actions, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability across leadership forums.
  • Elevate the quality of leadership communications through clear, concise, and professionally structured materials.
  • Increase operational efficiency by streamlining administrative and coordination processes across the engineering function.
  • Act as a central point of coordination, enabling seamless collaboration across engineering, HR, finance, and other functions.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Manage multiple priorities with strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, adapting style and messaging to different audiences.
  • Apply strong data, reporting, and analytical skills to support accurate and meaningful insights.
  • Build trusted relationships and deliver high-quality, reliable support in a fast-paced, global environment.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
  • Significant relevant experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role.
  • Experience supporting engineering, technical, or project-based teams is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to create structured reports and presentations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
