DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Student - Sales Support to join our team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business in Indianapolis, IN .

Only Pre-Collegiate Class of 2026 High School Seniors are eligible for this 9 week Program

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support clean-up and organization of Salesforce user profiles, permission sets, and roles based on defined guidelines
  • Help document key Salesforce objects and fields, including field definitions, values, and usage
  • Assist in creating a data dictionary and supporting documentation such as Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
  • Organize documentation into structured formats including Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Assist with ad-hoc documentation and data-related tasks as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to document processes clearly and effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
