Trainee zur Sachkundigen Person / Qualified Person (m/w/d)

gemäß aktuell gültigen Arzneimittelgesetz (AMG) ) und EU Recht

(Vollzeit / unbefristet)

Aufgaben

  • Der Stelleninhaber wird als Trainee in die Verantwortung einer Sachkundigen Person eingewiesen. Die Verantwortung beinhaltet, dass das humane Plasma zur Fraktionierung entsprechend der Guten Herstellungspraxis ( GXP ) hergestellt und geprüft wird.
  • Der Stelleninhaber wird als Trainee in die Verantwortung einer Sachkundigen Person eingewiesen in Bezug auf die Produktfreigabe von Plasma zur Bereitstellung und Anlieferung an die Fraktionierungsbetriebe der CSL Behring und Externe.
  • Schulung in Bezug auf die Verantwortlichkeit für die Produktfreigabe von Plasma zur Bereitstellung und Anlieferung an die Fraktionierungsbetriebe CSL Behring und Externe
  • Anforderung vor Freigabe und Kenntnis über alle relevanten Parameter
    • Herstellungs- und Prüfprozesse
    • Herstellung nach GXP
    • Qualifizierung, Validierung, Revalidierung
    • Abweichungen, Reklamationen
    • Auftragshersteller, externe Labors
    • Alle Audits wurden durchgeführt
    • Zulassungsunterlagen, Änderungsanzeigen
    • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Lieferbedingungen
  • Training und Entscheidungsfindung in Bezug auf

  • Abweichungen und Reklamationen
  • Überprüfung und Beurteilung von Qualitätsproblemen
  • Training in Bezug auf
    • Prüfung / Kenntnis von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (Prozessen)
    • Kenntnis über Inspektionsergebnisse (intern/extern) ggf. Teilnahme an Inspektionen
  • Training im Laborbereich
    • Internes und externes Serologie - und PCR Labor
    • Interpretation und Bewertung von Testresultaten (Serologisch und NAT) vor Freigabe
  • Studium relevanter Literatur
    • nationale und europäische Regularien, Guidelines und Gesetze mit Fokus auf die Plasmafreigabe

    • Qualifikationen
    • Approbation als Apotheker oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Humanmedizin, Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie oder Veterinärmedizin.
    • Mindestens zweijährige Tätigkeit in der Herstellung und Prüfung in plasmaverarbeitenden Betrieben mit Herstellungserlaubnis
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    • Sehr hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
