Tender Management Specialist (m/f/x)

Location: Warsaw, Poland | Employment: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity:

Join our Polish branch team and take ownership of tender management processes that directly impact our commercial success. In this role, you will implement our strategy in sales, distribution, and tender management, ensuring compliance with commercial policies and building strong relationships across the CSL network in Poland.

The Role:

  • Monitor and analyze tender announcements to identify CSL opportunities.
  • Supervise the preparation of tender offers in line with CSL policy and legal requirements, collaborating with Business Operations Manager and Business Unit Heads.
  • Manage account qualification and requalification processes, including data entry and verification in MDG.
  • Maintain and update procurement contract registers; oversee data entry into the 3PL logistics system and review utilization levels.
  • Coordinate with outsourced Customer Service to ensure SLA compliance for order management, fulfillment, and returns.
  • Support Business Unit Heads and Key Account Managers in tender specification preparation and product differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Finance on account setup, rebate report verification, and stock monitoring in SAP.
  • Utilize tender tools to monitor prices, volumes, and terms, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Master's degree (medicine or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical or comparable business environment.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities and decisiveness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Reporting Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Business Operations Manager.
