Teamleiter:in HVAC (Lüftungs- & Kälteanlagen)

Für unser technisches Team suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit als Teamleiter/in HVAC mit Schwerpunkt auf Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb, die Instandhaltung und Optimierung unserer Anlagen sowie die Führung eines Teams von 8-10 Mitarbeitenden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des HVAC-Teams
• Überwachung und Optimierung von Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen sowie deren Monitoringsystemen
• Organisation, Planung und Durchführung von Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten
• Sicherstellung eines GMP-konformen Anlagenbetriebs
• Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzanforderungen
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Anlagenperformance und Energieeffizienz
• Pikettdienst 24/7
  

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung idealerweise mit Fokus auf Gebäudetechnik, HLK oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und der Instandhaltung von Lüftungs- und Kälteanlagen von Vorteil
• Führungserfahrung von Teams
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der GMP-Anforderungen im technischen Umfeld
• Hohes Bewusstsein für Sicherheit und Qualität
• Erfahrung mit SAP
• Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent
