Über uns / Ihre Rolle

Als Gruppenleiter Stv Electro Maintenance, übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle: Sie gewährleisten die Sicherheit und Funktionsfähigkeit unserer Anlagen, unterstützen komplexe Elektroprojekte und sorgen dafür, dass alle Installationen norm- und vorschriftsgemäss umgesetzt werden.

Hauptaufgaben

• Planung und Steuerung von Wartungs-, Revisions- und Instandhaltungsmassnahmen im Team Electro
• Technische Unterstützung, Schulung und fachliche Führung von Betriebselektrikern und externen Dienstleistern
• Schnittstelle zu Engineering, Produktion, Sicherheit und externen Fachfirmen
• Von Vorteil Ausbildung zum Sicherheitsberater / Projekteiter, oder Meister Prüfung
• Unterstützung Leitung Maintenance Services Elektro bei den Aufgaben als Netzbetreiber gemäss ESTI
• Planung, Ausführung und Abnahme der internen Installationen gemäss NIV Art 13
• Verantwortung für die Elektrosicherheit und die normgerechte Ausführung aller Elektroarbeiten
• Unterstützung und Koordination von Elektro-Projekten (Umbauten, Erweiterungen, Anlagenoptimierungen)
• Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen gegenüber ESTI, SUVA und internen Standards
• Analyse komplexer Störungen sowie nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung an komplexen Produktionsanlagen
• Lückenlose Dokumentation aller Arbeiten zur Sicherstellung von Compliance und Nachvollziehbarkeit

Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung als Elektromonteur EFZ, Elektroprojektleiter / Sicherheitsberater oder höhere Ausbildung zum Eidgenössisches Fachdiplom (HFP) zur Fachkundigkeit von Vorteil
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Planung, Installation, Betrieb und Instandhaltung von Elektro- und Automatisierungsanlagen - idealerweise in Industrie oder Gewerbe
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Unterhaltstätigkeit, Pannenbehebung und Unterstützung bei Projektleitung, Baustellenmanagement
• Hohe Fachkompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Selbstständigkeit, Fähigkeit zur Führung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
