Senior Medical Manager - Cardiovascular (CV)

We're hiring a Senior Medical Manager (SMM) to lead medical strategy and scientific engagement across our cardiovascular (CV) portfolio. In this senior role, you will translate evidence into impactful medical education, shape scientific exchange with external experts, and partner cross-functionally to advance patient outcomes and brand objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Medical Affairs you will:

  • Lead and execute the medical strategy for one or more CV products/portfolios, aligned to country and regional objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with external experts; coordinate advisory boards, medical education initiatives, and scientific communications.
  • Develop and refine the scientific narrative for the therapy area; capture actionable insights to identify knowledge gaps and inform evidence generation (including real-world data).
  • Collaborate with Brand, Regulatory, Health Economics and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, medically led plans.
  • Review promotional materials for Code compliance and act as second signatory where required.
  • Champion process improvements and lead cross-functional projects that elevate Medical Affairs delivery.

Your skills:

  • Degree in nursing, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline; advanced degree (PhD, PharmD) preferred.
  • 7+ years' pharmaceutical/biopharma experience; laboratory or clinical research exposure advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the CV therapy area highly advantageous
  • Proven experience in external engagement, scientific communication, and compliant review processes.
  • Influential collaborator with excellent leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
