Senior Director, Business Strategy Lead R&D Seqirus

Position Description Summary: Provides leadership for Seqirus R&D project management, and operational and vendor oversight for R&D business
process / operations providers, including those supporting R&D by Transitional and Service Level Agreements (T/SLA)
with CSL, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and functional needs.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities: • Provide supervision of Seqirus R&D project management resources to ensure business performance excellence.
• Serve as point of business contact for all R&D functional leaders related to the performance of all R&D T/SLAs.
• Advise R&D functional heads on capacity management, strategic vendor selection, vendor management, and
operating needs supplied by POE under T/SLAs.
• Ensure collaboration with the contracts CoE for contract execution, escalation and business partner engagement.
• Monitor contract execution status and ensure timely inputs from function.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness across all vendor/sponsor interfaces.
• Manage vendor interactions to ensure we are keeping a strategic outlook re vendor optimization.
• Business lead liaising with finance for budget, forecast and month close activities & commentary.
• Align with BPL ensuring contracting delivery and resource requests are in line with Seqirus R&D requirements.
• Collaborate with Seqirus R&D leadership to create and manage execution plans(i.e. license) ensuring financial commitments.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's in science, operations, or business-related field

• 12+ years in R&D project management, operations or business support

• Strong coordination skills with enabling functions

• Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams
