Senior CI Specialist/in (m/w/x)

Vollzeit / unbefristet

Aufgaben:

Continuous Improvement (CI)-Verantwortung

• Weiterentwicklung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von CI-Roadmaps für den jeweils zugewiesenen Value Stream oder Operational Service am Standort Marburg
  
• Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen zur Stärkung von Compliance, Effizienz und Prozessstabilität
  
• Enge Abstimmung mit dem Site Lead Operational Service und/oder den Value Stream Leads sowie weiteren CI-Specialists im Verantwortungsbereich, um CI-Initiativen strategisch am Standort zu verankern
  

KPI- und Performance Management

• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Monitoring relevanter KPIs (z.B. RFT, Deviation KPIs, BRR KPIs, Training KPIs, OEE) im Verantwortungsbereich
  
• Durchführung von Trendanalysen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  
• Sicherstellung einer standardisierten Darstellung von KPIs in Übereinstimmung mit den globalen CSL-Richtlinien
  

Lean Management & Six Sigma

• Anwendung und Training anerkannter Tools (z.B. 5Why, Fishbone, DMAIC, SMED, SIPOC, Kaizen-Workshops) inklusive Moderation von Workshops für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in den Value Streams bzw. Operational Service
  
• Fachliche Begleitung bei lokalen Abweichungs- und CAPA-Prozessen
  
• Coaching von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden hinsichtlich Lean Thinking, Standardisation & Visual Management
  

Prozessoptimierung & Digitalisierung

• Analyse von End-to-End-Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen (z.B. Value Streams, Operational Service, Quality und Supply Chain)
  
• Initiierung und Leitung von komplexen lokalen Projekten zur Prozessharmonisierung, Dokumentensystem-Optimierung und Verbesserung digitaler Workflows (z.B. SAP, MES, TrackWise-Datenqualität) auf Basis der CI-Roadmap
  
• Mitarbeit bei globalen CI-Programmen und standortübergreifenden Harmonisierungsthemen
  

Change & Stakeholder Management

• Förderung einer CI-Kultur im Verantwortungsbereich durch gezielte Kommunikation, Workshops und Coaching
  
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Fachabteilungen (z.B. Value Streams, Operational Service, Quality und Supply Chain), um Verbesserungen nachhaltig zu verankern
  
• Sicherstellung von Change Readiness im Rahmen neuer Prozesse, Standards und Tools
  

Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• i.d.R. abgeschlossenes Studium Bachelor of Science/Arts
  
• mehr als 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  
• Lean/Kaizen Ausbildung, Six Sigma Belt
  
• Fundierte Erfahrung in GMP-regulierten Produktionsumgebungen (z. B. Pharma, Biotech)
  
• Fundierte Erfahrung in CI-Projektleitung und KPI-gesteuertem Performance Management
  
• Coaching-Erfahrung
  
• Englisch Level 2
