Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeit

Unser Team befasst sich mit der GMP-konformen Bearbeitung von Produktreklamationen und Qualitätsuntersuchungen aufgrund von unerwünschten Nebenwirkungsmeldungen sowie von komplexen Qualitätsthemen und dienen somit der Sicherstellung der hohen Qualität unserer Produkte gegenüber unseren Kunden.

Der Kontakt mit nationalen und internationalen Gesundheitsbehörden gehört zu unserem Tagesgeschäft.

Zu ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören insbesondere:

• Koordination und Untersuchung von Produktreklamationen und Nebenwirkungsmeldungen
  
• Sicherstellung der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Untersuchungen (z.T. standortübergreifend) und Durchführung von CAPA Aktionen
  
• Vorbereitung von Behördenkommunikationen
  
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsbereichen und vielen anderen Schnittstellen
  
• Vorbereitung von Behördenaudits / Inspektionen sowie Unterstützung bei der Beantwortung von Behördenanfragen
  
• Erstellung und Review von SOPs im Funktionsbereich
  

Qualifikationen & Berufserfahrung:

Sie verfügen über einen naturwissenschaftlichen Studienabschluss (vorzugsweise in Pharmazie, Chemie oder Biologie), und weisen idealerweise Erfahrung in einem pharmazeutischen Unternehmen und im GMP-Umfeld aus.

Sie überzeugen durch hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, vernetztes Denken, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie durch exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. Sie sind zudem flexibel, gewohnt selbstständig wie auch im Team zu arbeiten, setzen klare Prioritäten und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen die Übersicht.

Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich & schriftlich) runden Ihr Profil ab.
