SC Excellence Strategist

This position plays a critical role in advancing CSL's end to end Supply Chain transformation and operational maturity. Each member of the Supply Chain Excellence team is responsible for delivering strategic initiatives, enabling continuous improvement, supporting governance and strategy execution, and generating meaningful insights across global performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Supply Chain transformation initiatives using structured project management, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, resource needs, and issues across all assigned initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver change management plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communications that enable successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement activities (e.g., kaizens, VSMs, RCAs) and apply Lean/CI methodologies to drive measurable operational improvements.
  • Analyze Supply Chain performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategic prioritization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility to leadership on KPIs, initiative status, and performance trends.
  • Support the development, governance, and ongoing refinement of the global Supply Chain transformation roadmap.
  • Prepare high quality executive materials-including presentations, summaries, and insights-that simplify complex topics and support leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global, regional, and site teams to ensure alignment, progress, and effective execution of strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of standards, methodologies, and tools across PMO, CI, analytics, and strategy disciplines.
  • Support benefits tracking, business case development, and maturity assessments to ensure the organization is progressing toward strategic objectives.
  • Other duties as reasonably assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Certifications in project management, LEAN/CI, or change management beneficial (PMP, Six Sigma, Prosci) preferred.
Experience
  • 5-10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, strategy, continuous improvement, PMO, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated track record delivering cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
  • Experience with analytics and performance reporting; comfort working with large datasets.
  • Experience implementing LEAN or CI methodologies strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level messaging.

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $132,000 - $156,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
