SC Excellence Lead

Yesterday King of Prussia, PA

Position Purpose:

The Executive Director, Supply Chain Excellence Lead heads the Global Supply Chain Strategy Office as a multidiscipline department and is accountable for the strategic direction, governance, and execution of transformation and operational excellence across CSL's endtoend Supply Chain. The role directly manages a department spanning PMO/Change Management, Continuous Improvement (LEAN), Strategy Governance, and Analytics, and indirectly influences multiple global Supply Chain subfunctions, regions, and sites.

Operating at the highest levels of complexity and ambiguity, this leader designs and steers the global transformation roadmap, modernizes systems and processes, and elevates supply chain maturity while safeguarding business continuity. As a member of the SVP's Supply Chain Leadership Team, this role partners closely with and collaborates extensively across CSL, including Finance Business Partners, Digital/IT, Quality, regional/site leaders, and the Global Operations Leadership Team. The role provides executivelevel insights and decision support that strengthen enterprise performance and position CSL to reliably and sustainably deliver for patients worldwide.

Given the magnitude of change the SC organization is expected to undergo in the next ~2 years, this role will need to work independently within and across Supply Chain to deliver on the change agenda, incl. timing, budget, resourcing, and interdependency requirements.

In addition, this role is also expected to interface and support the ongoing COS transformation, including both SMS ecosystem and above-site logistics transformation, as well as institute and accelerate CI throughout the supply chain, including managing control towers, lean practices.
