SC Automation & AI Architect

The Opportunity:

• Designs and implements AI, Automation and data analytics solutions to drive data strategies for the organization or functions within the organization.
  
• Supports traditional reporting and dashboards and may apply advanced analytics and data science.
  
• Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.
  
• Uses advanced analytics and data science as primary tools to understand and analyze business processes and other relevant factors, and may support traditional reporting and dashboards.
  

The Role:

• Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of AI strategy for Supply chain solutions, data sets, reporting and analytics to enable data-driven decisions
  
• Collaborates with process teams to elicit and understand requirements, challenges and potential solutions
  
• Defines data governance structure, in collaboration with global data owners, and ensures compliance with standards and controls
  
• Defines standards, develops/conducts training and provides advanced support to the business
  
• Works with global process owner(s) and senior functional leaders on the effective utilization of metrics and analytics within their area
  
• Researches and applies knowledge of data technology and techniques to provide best practice guidance to the business
  
• Collaborates with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction
  

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in a technical field relevant to business process engineering, computer science or AI; advanced degree preferred
  
• 8+ years' experience in reporting and analytics
  
• AI, Automation, Advanced analytics and/or data science experience
  
• Hands-on experience with traditional modern business intelligence reporting tools, e.g. MS Fabric, AWS platform, DataBricks QlikView, Tableau, etc.
  
• Demonstrated big data experience with Hadoop-based tools, Hortonworks preferred
  
• Experience with SAP, HANA preferred
