Project Management and CDMO Lead, IPT Inframarginals and Ig

The Role:

• Lead and develop a global project management organization overseeing internal programs and CDMO partnerships from early development through commercial supply
  
• Define and execute global supply chain and logistics strategies to ensure a cost-efficient and reliable flow of goods across CDMO networks
  
• Manage strategic partnerships, including key accounts and contracts with regional and global third-party providers
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to align supply chain, logistics, and project strategies with overall business objectives
  
• Coordinate global and local development and lifecycle management activities to ensure seamless integration with development and manufacturing programs
  

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in business); MBA or advanced degree preferred
  
• 10+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership and oversight of technical teams (cGMP/GDP environment)
  
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry best practices
  
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts
  
• Proven track record leading local and global projects and programs
