The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing of our São Paulo sales affiliate, as the Product Manager, you will lead the Brand strategy and execution of CSL's Rare Disease portfolio in Brazil, ensuring successful launches and strong performance of established brands. You will drive cross-functional alignment, market readiness, and stakeholder engagement. You will enable CSL to expand access, accelerate growth, and deliver sustainable market leadership in the Brazilian Rare Disease landscape.

This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybrid

The Role:

  • Strategic Thinking: Define clear brand strategy, segmentation and positioning across the HAE franchise.
  • Launch Excellence: Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution
  • Market & Data Analytics: Interpret market insights, forecasting, access dynamics, and competitive trends.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Align Medical, Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and Global teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, patient groups and payors.
  • Brand & Tactical Execution: Manage materials, campaigns, timelines, French adaptation, and field training.
  • Budget & Business Acumen: Own the brand budget and optimize investment vs. ROI.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Lead agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant assets.
  • Communication & Influence: Communicate clearly, influence decisions, and present strategic recommendations.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Navigate ambiguity, solve problems quickly, and adapt strategy to market shifts.
  • Continuously upskill on omnichannel best practices and rare disease therapy areas.

Your Skills & Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
  • 3 to 5 years of Product Management in healthcare/pharma industry.
  • English: fluency required; Portuguese: fluent required.
  • Hands-on experience with planning and execution; CRM and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Travel Requirements:
  • Domestic and International travel may be required from time to time.
