Zur Verstärkung unseres Site Supply Chain Planning Teams am Standort Bern suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Master Production Scheduler.
In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen operativer Standortsteuerung und globaler Supply-Chain-Strategie und leistest einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit unserer Produkte.
Dein Portfolio erstreckt sich über Produkte, deren Herstellung sowohl am Standort Bern als auch bei externen Produktionspartnern (CMOs) in mehreren europäischen Ländern stattfindet.
Du verantwortest die Master-Produktions- und Supply-Planung über einen rollierenden Zeithorizont von 1-12 Monaten und unterstützt mit fundierten Analysen, Szenarien und Empfehlungen die Entscheidungsfindung des Senior Managements. Dabei fungierst du als zentrale Integrationsrolle zwischen Detailed Scheduling, Global Planning, Finance, External Supply Operations und Site Operations.
Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Master-Produktions- und Supply-Planung für zugewiesene kritische Produkte in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Zentrale Planungsschnittstelle zwischen Site Operations in Bern und Global Supply Planning, mit Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung zwischen operativer Umsetzung und globaler Strategie

- Bachelorabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder einer technischen Fachrichtung
- APICS CPIM-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Supply- oder Produktionsplanung, idealerweise in einem pharmazeutischen oder stark regulierten Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP und Kinaxis / Maestro (oder vergleichbaren Advanced-Planning-Systemen)
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Problemstellungen unter Druck strukturiert zu analysieren und lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten
- Hohe Detailgenauigkeit sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Datenverständnis
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, tragfähige Beziehungen zu internen Stakeholdern aufzubauen und zu pflegen
- Durchsetzungsstärke und Überzeugungskraft in funktionsübergreifenden Umfeldern
- Teamorientierte, resiliente und entscheidungsstarke Persönlichkeit in einem schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich)
