Manager, Tax

Responsibilities: • Under general direction, prepares tax returns, tax declarations and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission • Analyzes and interprets tax laws and regulations and prepares technical reports on how they impact the organization's operations • Reviews corporate and affiliates tax reporting packages • Maintains tax information and records • Prepares correspondence with external tax agencies and internal and external auditors • May coach and provide instruction to less experienced staff Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline • Professional certification (CPA/CA) or advanced degree in Tax • 5+ years' experience in tax and accounting • Experience in corporate tax or large accounting firm • Knowledge of corporate tax law and principles Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
