Manager Global Medical Grants & IIS Operations
Responsibilities:
The Manager, Global Medical Grants & IIS Operations role is essential to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and governance across global Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) programs.
• Responsible for oversight of an end-to-end IIS process to ensure a rigorous framework for strategic decision-making consistently across geographies
• Responsible for ensuring all grants and IIS applications are processed through CyberGrants (or designated platform)
• Leads IIS review committees, ensuring that all required voting members are present at each meeting, and that the outcomes of each meeting are documented
• Responsible for the governance, development of an industry-leading IIS program and challenging the status quo with continuous improvement of IIS and for providing subject matter expertise to ensure Medical colleagues globally are fully trained on process
. Accountable to provide regular impact metrics of approved and ongoing IIS, including milestones
. Responsible for the governance and oversight of IIS in CyberGrants (or designated platform)
• Role model of a positive team player by being solutions-focused, innovative and collaborative
. Provide support to Grants activities as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
Experience:
• Experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, quality assurance and compliance requirements
• Experience in research, study feasibility
• Strong project management skills
