The Manager Corporate FP&A Reporting is a key member of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, which will be principally responsible for co-ordination and delivery of CSL Group performance reporting and analysis for Executive and Board members.

Reporting to the Senior Director - Corporate FP&A you will support the development of standard reporting and analysis to drive actionable business insights and deliver continuous improvement of the FX process and analysis.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation and analysis of the CSL Group Monthly Performance Report, delivering insights on performance versus budget, prior year, and forecast to support GLG and Board decision-making
  • Own and enhance monthly foreign exchange reporting, providing transparent analysis of FX drivers by currency, segment and movement type, while continuously improving related processes and controls
  • Develop and deliver KPI, discretionary spend and ad-hoc reporting to generate actionable insights on key business drivers and support robust financial decision-making
  • Manage corporate FP&A communications and reporting outputs, including month-end updates, Investor Relations Analyst Packs, and verification of public disclosures (results presentations, 144A, Capital Markets Day)
  • Support Budget and Forecast processes through targeted analysis (including Treasury reporting), statutory adjustment oversight, and maintenance of key financial reporting frameworks
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across corporate FP&A, including finance calendar governance, audit coordination, and implementation of enhanced reporting and AI-enabled efficiencies.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Post qualification CPA/CA
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in accounting/financial reporting
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Passion for Data Visualisation
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
