Ihre Rolle im Team:
Als Teil unseres engagierten und kollegialen QC-Mikrobiologie-Teams sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Produkte und Produktionsumgebungen höchsten mikrobiologischen Standards entsprechen. Sie bearbeiten Proben, überwachen Umgebungs- und Utilitiesmonitorings und prüfen die mikrobielle Integrität (z. B. durch Container Closure Integrity Tests). Ihre Arbeit ist entscheidend für die Wirksamkeit und Sicherheit unserer Therapien.
Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:
- Durchführung mikrobiologischer Analysen an Routineproben, Rohstoffen und Wasserproben im GMP-regulierten Umfeld
- Präzise Erfassung und Auswertung quantitativer und qualitativer Daten im Datenmanagementsystem
- Sicherstellung der Probenintegrität und Unterstützung bei Troubleshooting im Labor
- Review von Analyseergebnissen und Wartung hochpräziser Laborgeräte
- Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Einführung neuer Technologien
- Flexibilität: Bei Bedarf übernehmen Sie Einsätze am Wochenende, um kritische Analysen sicherzustellen

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Labortechniker/in, Laborant/in, BTA, MTA oder Bachelor in Mikrobiologie, Biologie, Chemie oder vergleichbar
- Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Mikrobiologisches Wissen und Laborerfahrung wünschenswert
- Präzise, gewissenhafte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
