Intern/Apprentice

Performs support services for administrative areas, assisting in the execution of office routines, controlling and organizing documentation, providing support in the preparation and forwarding of documents, monitoring administrative processes, and attending to clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, provides a range of support services to an office, business unit, department or organization group

• May provide clerical or general administrative support including routing incoming calls, copying, distributing mail and maintaining records and files

• May drive company vehicles or follow established procedures to provide basic site/security services or cleaning and routine maintenance of the organization's facilities and equipment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
