E2E Integration Lead
The E2E Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Integration Lead is focused on tactical, operational, and process-oriented execution of the IBP process to ensure the End-to-End alignment of plans, improvements, process adherence, performance management, and scenario coordination for executive decision-making. This role ensures the IBP process remains on-track and moving toward resolution of E2E plan decisions and escalations. A key accountability will be owning the E2E inventory performance, planning, and improvement for all nodes from plasma/API and raw materials to finished product.
A successful candidate will be knowledgeable in current and future trends in supply chain management, integrated business planning, biopharma industry, and business financials. They will know how to get things done through formal and informal channels in a matrix organization given culture, policies, and politics with a broad understanding of business and strategies while anticipating future outcomes accurately.
Responsibilities
Orchestrates end-to-end supply chain alignment from Plasma/API to Patient; ensures optimal and feasible plans with scenario options to deliver business results.
- Ensures IBP meetings occur on time, according to process standards, and with proper and active participation. Defined inputs, performance management, and outputs are key deliverables of each IBP meeting.
- Ensures that new product introduction plans are included in the demand and supply planning process and have been properly aligned with stakeholders with risks and material liabilities identified.
- Ensures scenarios are prepared for the Demand and Supply Review meeting as a precursor to the Executive IBP meeting.
- Prepares final scenarios and clear options for decision-making for the Executive IBP meeting in support of the Head of IBP facilitating the Executive IBP meeting.
- Tracks key performance metrics for IBP teams to monitor the effectiveness of process decisions. Reports metrics back to Head of IBP, executives, and other IBP stakeholders to identify progress, root causes for correction or process improvement.
- Leads the feedback process of decisions and actions from the Executive IBP meeting to the rest of the organization to ensure continual guidance of business performance and priorities.

Owns inventory working capital targets, maintain global safety stock policies, lead inventory health reviews, and integrate strategy into volume and financial plans.
Collaborates closely with finance to ensure demand plans have a feasible supply and inventory plans and aligned with "One Plan", to provide feedback on excess inventory situations, and to support root causing on service and cost issues.
Collaborates on supply allocation between markets when supply/demand imbalance exists.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required from ideal fields of Supply Chain, Engineering, or Sciences; a Masters of Business Administration is preferred.
- Required to operate and influence in a global environment - English language fluency is required.
- Certification in APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF, or similar is expected.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with SAP; Advanced SAP (S/4 HANA) knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with an advanced planning tool, Kinaxis RapidResponse, APO SNP, or other.
- Experience in business planning, S&OP, Project management or other relevant cross-functional processes is required.
- Excellent business acumen and understanding of business strategies
- Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to embed culture of standardization, process improvement and value creation across the business.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills in a global network
- Extraordinary ability to plan and organize work.
- Demonstrated capabilities in change management and stakeholder management.
