Channel Sales Manager

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Commercial Head, Mexico, as the Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management, development, and performance optimization of commercial partners, as wholesaler/distributors and private hospital of CSL Behring portfolio to meet the company sales objectives. Your primary focus will be to consistently deliver demand fulfillment with the CSL portfolio priorities by aligning distributor capabilities.

This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybrid

The Role:

  • Own the commercial strategy for wholesalers/distributors in the indirect channel, ensuring alignment with company objectives, portfolio priorities, and compliance standards.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with distributors to assess results, address gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Consolidate and validate distributor forecasts, hospital demand trends, and inventory data to support robust demand planning and prevent supply disruptions in high-priority accounts.
  • Analyze performance indicators such as: sell-out vs. sell-in, stock levels, rotation, and expiry risks.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical hospital relationships, supply risks, or large business opportunities requiring senior-level involvement.
  • Use insights to propose channel optimization opportunities and new business opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate business planning with distributors and KAMs.
  • Live by a culture of accountability, process-based operation, appropriate documentation & retention practices and data democratization both within sales teams.
  • Provide the required support to other teams / functions to strengthen CSL footprint and value proposition.
  • Demonstrate and operate with the highest Ethics & Compliance standards across and along the sales process.

Your Skills & Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Spanish native language and proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma or medical devices companies.
  • Experience in commercial roles, channel management, distributor leadership, or private market sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Leadership by influence
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems without direct reporting lines.

Travel Requirements:
  • Domestic and International travel may be required from time to time.
