Center Manager (m/w/d)

Vollzeit mit 38,5 Std./Woche

Für folgende Aufgaben sind sie verantwortlich:

• Leitung des Plasmacenters und dessen organisatorische Arbeitsabläufe
  
• Personalmanagement sowie die bedarfsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung
  
• Sicherstellung des Spendebetriebes
  
• Produktions- und Kostensteuerung
  
• Sicherstellung, dass das Plasma entsprechend der Guten Herstellungspraxis hergestellt, gelagert und gekennzeichnet wird.
  
  

Wir erwarten für diese Position:

• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder medizinische Berufsausbildung
  
• Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung in Personalführung und Organisationsmanagement
  
• Wirtschaftliches und analytisches Denken und Handeln
  
• Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  
• Großes Interesse an der Optimierung und Entwicklung von Prozess- und Arbeitsabläufen.
