Vollzeit mit 38,5 Std./Woche

Für folgende Aufgaben sind Sie verantwortlich:
• Leitung des Plasmacenters und dessen organisatorische Arbeitsabläufe;
• Personalmanagement sowie die bedarfsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung;
• Sicherstellung des Spendebetriebes;
• Produktions- und Kostensteuerung;
• Sicherstellung, dass das Plasma entsprechend der Guten Herstellungspraxis hergestellt, gelagert und gekennzeichnet wird.
Wir erwarten für diese Position:
• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder medizinische Berufsausbildung;
• Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung in Personalführung und Organisationsmanagement;
• Wirtschaftliches und analytisches Denken und Handeln;
• Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse;
• Großes Interesse an der Optimierung und Entwicklung von Prozess- und Arbeitsabläufen.
