Brand Manager Digital (m/f/x)

Contract: Full-time / Permanent

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

The Opportunity

As a Brand Manager Digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our flu and travel vaccine portfolio. You will design and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver relevant, high-quality content to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. By optimizing the customer journey and ensuring seamless touchpoints, you will strengthen engagement, elevate customer experience, and contribute directly to commercial impact.

In this role, you will act as a digital and innovation ambassador-driving new ways of working, inspiring digital adoption (especially within the field force), and continuously improving execution excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to align digital initiatives with broader brand objectives while supporting the organization in building strong digital capabilities.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies for vaccine brands
  • Design marketing initiatives based on market dynamics, competition, and customer insights
  • Optimize the customer journey by ensuring relevant and seamless interactions across all touchpoints
  • Strengthen the Sales Journey by leveraging CRM data for preparation, enhancing iPad-supported conversations, enabling consent generation, and driving follow-up through approved email
  • Analyze trends, customer behaviors, and performance metrics to refine brand positioning and strategic decision-making
  • Ensure brand consistency and targeted, impactful messaging across all channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Digital Innovation
  • Align brand and digital strategies with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Operations, and other key partners
  • Use CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics to optimize engagement and overall performance
  • Champion digital adoption and innovative solutions, particularly within the field force
  • Support the organization in expanding digital expertise and fostering a continuous improvement mindset

  • Track and evaluate marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and optimize future strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HWG, AMG, industry codes) and internal quality standards

Your Skills and Experience
  • University degree in Business, Science, IT, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing, CRM, and data-driven engagement strategies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders
  • A digital-first mindset with a passion for innovation, analytics, and continuous improvement
