About the Role:
The Attack Surface team lives within the CrowdStrike Cybersecurity organization. This team helps to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across the organization. This position requires deep technical knowledge to help troubleshoot issues and implement creative solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Perform comprehensive vulnerability assessments on AI/ML systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled applications
- Evaluate cloud-native applications and serverless AI functions for security vulnerabilities
- Triage AI-specific threats (model poisoning, adversarial attacks, data leakage) and cloud misconfigurations
- Manage the entire lifecycle of vulnerabilities from discovery, triage, advising, remediation, and validation.
- Work across functional areas to perform vulnerability assessments on systems or applications before go-live rollouts.
- Improve vulnerability management coverage and ensure enterprise assets have appropriate management.
- Engaged to team objectives and contributing efforts that results in risk reduction to the organization.

- 2+ years of professional experience in vulnerability management with cloud or AI security focus
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security services
- Experience with AI/ML security frameworks and understanding of model vulnerabilities
- Proficiency with cloud security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security, AWS Security Hub)
- Experience securing containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and AI workloads
- Understanding of AI/ML attack vectors (adversarial examples, model inversion, membership inference)
- Knowledge of cloud-native security concepts (zero trust, CSPM, CWPP)
- Ability to automate and script tasks using your preferred language (e.g. GoLang, Python, Ruby, BASH)
- Ability to utilize and write scripts against common web APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
- Experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP, SOX, etc)
- Knowledge of AI compliance frameworks (AI Risk Management, EU AI Act)
- You're a clear thinker and efficient communicator (i.e written and verbal).
- Technical security certifications or academic background a plus.
