About the Role:
As Sr. Regional Marketing Manager for the West, you will own how marketing drives the business across one of our most strategic regions. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who operates close to the business-someone who understands pipeline, knows how deals move, and builds programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and drive revenue outcomes. You'll partner closely with sales and channel leaders, prioritize what matters, and execute with discipline. You'll be encouraged to make smart tradeoffs, move quickly, and deliver programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue in a fast-moving market.
What You'll Do:
- Own regional pipeline generation and acceleration, with clear accountability to revenue goals and deal progression
- Build and execute focused programs that generate Stage 1 pipeline and align to priority accounts
- Work side-by-side with sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps, prioritize accounts, and influence active opportunities
- Deliver targeted, high-value experiences including executive engagements, field events, and ABX programs
- Adapt and deploy global campaigns with a clear point of view on what will work in-region
- Track performance closely, optimize in real time, and reallocate resources where needed
- Manage budget with discipline, ensuring investments are aligned to impact
