About the Role:
We're looking for a high-energy, driven, and inspiring Sales Development Manager to lead our growing team of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives in Japan. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and scaling top-of-funnel pipelines across key enterprise segments, driving outbound strategy, and ensuring tight collaboration between sales and marketing. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring SDRs to reach their full potential, optimizing team performance through data and best practices, and creating a culture of accountability, learning, and growth.

What You'll Do:

The Sales Development Manager is a front line manager whose responsibilities include:

  • Managing team of 8-10 Sales Development Rep
  • Coaching reps on strategy and technique
  • Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit
  • Working with Managers Corporate Sales on territory development
  • Work with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of 2 years of closing experience for a technology company
  • Minimum of 2 years front line sales management
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO
  • Track record of leading a successful team
  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
  • Understands the cybersecurity landscape
  • Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
  • Project management experience is a plus
