About the Role:
We are hiring a renewals manager to lead a team that handles renewals for our MSSP partners. This role is responsible for making sure renewals are processed on time, quotes are accurate, and coordination between partners, sales teams, and internal teams is smooth and efficient. The person in this role will guide the team, monitor daily operations, and ensure targets and SLAs are met. You will focus on maintaining process quality, resolving escalations, and helping protect and grow recurring revenue while delivering a strong partner experience.

What You'll Do
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the MSSP Renewals team. Ensure timely
- processing of all renewal quotes and orders, maintaining high accuracy.
- Understand end-to-end renewal cycle, including CPQ quote creation, validation, and
- booking support.
- Provide quotes to channel partners & Manage the contract renewal cycle.
- Ensure accurate forecasting inputs and renewal tracking in CRM systems (Clari &
- Salesforce)
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex renewal or partner-related issues.
- Collaborate with Alliance managers, Partners and Alliance operations team for smooth
- execution of tasks.
- Monitor SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics to maintain operational excellence.
- Drive process improvements, documentation updates, and automation initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development
- activities.
- Exceptional knowledge on Salesforce across all core objects, including Accounts,
- Opportunities, Leads, Contacts and CPQ.
- Create and maintain documentation for quoting processes, procedures, and system
- changes.
- Bachelor's/Post Graduate Degree required (Business/Operations/Project/Marketing)
- 8+ years of overall relevant industry experience.
- Data Analytics Experience, Working with alliances and Sales operationsFunctions
- Fluent Salesforce.com user, strong understanding of custom objects (and customising
Sales Cloud), standard objects (user object, hierarchies) - Experience with data loading tools like Salesforce Inspector and DataLoader.
- Experience managing or leading projects from the inception until the conclusion of the
project. - Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to question the status quo and think outside the box.
- 2-3 years demonstrated experience in team leadership and operational management
- Track record of successfully managing small teams
- Background in business operations, sales operations, or process management.
