About the Role:
As the Field Marketing Director for SENA, you are the strategic engine for growth across Southeast and North Asia. This is a leadership position that requires you to own the regional marketing strategy, drive new customer acquisition, and represent our brand with authority. Reporting to the VP of Marketing for JAPAC, you will lead a lean, high-performing team in a fast-paced environment where field execution and high-touch engagement are central to our success

What You'll Do:

  • Operational Rigor: You bring excellence to every activation, managing budgets and logistics witha disciplined, data-driven approach to ensure every touchpoint is executed to a world-classstandard.
  • Continuous Curiosity: You are never satisfied with the status quo and you constantly learn,adjust, and evolve your tactics based on data to innovate how we drive growth.

What You'll Need:
  • The Executer: You have a proven ability to deliver world class events and programmes at scale while remaining willing to roll your sleeves up and handle the tactical details whenever the mission requires it.
  • The Expert: You have deep B2B marketing experience across Southeast and North Asia, specifically within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.
  • The Strategist: You can set a clear agenda, prioritise high-leverage initiatives, and pivot with agility as market dynamics shift.
  • The Communicator: You possess high-impact presentation skills and the ability to win commitment for a common vision across the organisation.
  • The Operator: You have a relentless focus on regional marketing metrics and use data-driven decision making to optimise marketing spend.
