Assistant Manager 2 - Revenue Operations

About the Role:
- Lead month-end and quarter-end subscription revenue close processes, collaborating with global teams while ensuring compliance with accounting guidelines and revenue recognition policies
- Prepare and review revenue-related financial disclosures for SEC filings (10-Q/10-K)
- Analyze complex revenue contracts and provide ASC 606 compliance recommendations for non-standard terms
- Spearhead system enhancement projects and user acceptance testing initiatives in partnership with IT and transformation teams
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration (Deal Desk, Collections, GL Accounting, IT) to ensure accurate revenue recognition and recording
- Oversee SOX compliance and internal control maintenance for revenue processes
- Continuous focus on improvement of revenue systems and processes, including automation initiatives
- Generate and analyze key performance metrics for management reporting
- Shift Time: 5.00 PM to 02.00 AM IST
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience with U.S. GAAP revenue recognition (ASC 606), specifically in SaaS environments for publicly traded companies
- Proven expertise in Quote-to-Cash systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, MS Office Suite) with strong reporting and dashboard development capabilities
- Demonstrated success in process automation and KPI optimization
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing diverse teams of 3-5 members
- Strong track record of cross-functional leadership and project management in global organizations
- Adaptable professional capable of maintaining high performance in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Master's degree in accounting from a reputable university with CA or CPA designation strongly preferred
