Senior Customer Invoicing Specialist - fluent Slovak and Hungarian

Your main tasks will be:

  • Issue invoices and correction documents in accordance with the agreed invoicing arrangements and service level agreements by ensuring the data accuracy and submit to the customer via agreed channel. Assist Business with inquiries on any issues relating to customer invoices / credit notes and other corrective invoicing documents.
  • Contribute to operational improvement initiatives within and participate in ad-hoc projects when assigned.
  • Perform monthly SOX reconciliations, KPI reports and any Compensation Control.
  • Keeping uptodate and follow up SOPs.
  • Contribute and prepare internal/external audit requests and any ad-hoc reports when assigned.
  • Ability to work flexibly and cover other sales back-office activities when required. Ensure that within the team services to the business are covered between 8:00-17:00 daily - in some areas different service hours can be applied between 7:00-17:00.


You are the ideal candidate if you have:
  • Slovak language knowledge
  • Bachelor's or master's degree - preferably in Sales, Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting (or lack of degree at least 2-years certificate in Finance and Accounting)
  • At least 2 years experiences working on Customer Invoicing or other Order to Cash related field
  • Strong English knowledge
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • SAP FI/SD knowledge
