Job Summary

The SAP Business Solutions Lead will be the strategic liaison between IT and our Fencing, Railing, and Decking business. They will manage a team that serves as the voice of the customer, aligning IT strategy with company goals to ensure that IT investments drive business value.They will work closely with executive leadership to prioritize projects and serve as an advisor on current and emerging technologies to support the business roadmap.

Job Location

This is a hybrid position located at our Atlanta, GA corporate office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand strategic initiatives and convert ideas into a working roadmap of deliverables for IT
  • Advise business on how to maximize their investment in IT and partner to identify opportunities to leverage IT
  • Represent customers' needs to centralized IT areas
  • Serve as an escalation point for all emergent IT issues.
  • Support change management activities
  • Accountable for overall delivery based on agreed delivery dates with stakeholders
  • Participate in solution demos, including the assessment of metrics, evaluation of business value achieved versus plan, and active participation in the inspect and adapt workshop.
  • Manage the team that gathers requirements and helps to prioritize work based on priority and value
  • Manage the overall team with accountability for quality and on-time delivery of planned work.
  • Provide quarterly performance reviews and feedback to direct report employees
  • Hire and retain team members


Job Requirements

  • Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer systems design, computer science, business, and/or 8+ years equivalent work experience in supply chain management, customer service, manufacturing, and/or finance
  • Agile training & certification a plus
  • 8+ years of direct experience managing applications and/or systems, from overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions
  • 5+ years experience working in SAP (ECC & S4)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
  • Subject matter expertise in both the business and the IT technologies used in the business.
