Compensation & Company Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary is $85,000 to $95,000 per year + bonus

Job Description Summary
As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company to both new and existing clients. You'll cultivate relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth by aligning customer needs with our products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare quotations
- Maintain customer base through relationship building and developing loyalty
- Grow market share through effective sales strategies
- Properly follow all company policies and regulations for safe working procedures and environmental protection
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting and communication
- Assure that job tasks are performed in accordance with industry best practices and requirements of the company
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements/Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a results driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build internal and external relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Resourceful
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Valid driver's license
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Must pass pre-employment screenings before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.
Preferences
- Industry sales experience
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Sales experience
