ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the domestic market commercial strategy to achieve the company's growth targets, including sales volume, margins, revenue, and market share.
This role leads the sales team in driving profitable growth through effective planning, customer management, market development, and execution of sales action plans. The Sales Manager will also identify opportunities to improve short- and long-term sales performance and support the overall business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and implement Business Plan, strategize the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy for domestic markets. Continuously review the company's commercial strategy and policies to ensure they align with company objectives.
- Team Management: synergize sales and marketing efforts in coordination with allocated region and team members bringing them to a level wherein they overachieve allocated sales targets and resulting in effective market penetration.
- Establish close working relationships with key customers to ensure the renewal of existing business and the generation of new business.
- Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments. Provide management with required information for pricing decisions and product development.
- Recommend improved materials to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase the construction productivity and helping in the design of custom-made products.
- Improve sales planning and processes leveraging usage of CRM for project funnel management and customers action plans.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and Leviat policies relevant policies such as competition law etc.
- It is not possible to enumerate all duties, but your scope covers all sales related responsibilities. Your duties will also extend to other departments as and when required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Civil / Building Engineering or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
- Relevant working experience in related fields such as sales, construction, and building materials.
- Exposure to a multinational culture / work environment.
- An active sales hunter who is pragmatic, results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to think both strategically and operationally.
- Technical product knowledge in building materials / construction accessories, with a wide network of contractors, consultants, and engineers.
- Ability to lead commercial teams, including customer relationship management, pricing, and providing constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to liaise with and manage stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
- Great attitude, with the ability to embrace every situation with enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach.
- Travel and mobility flexibility within the country.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and compliance with Leviat policies and related laws, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and intellectual property of products and services.
