Purpose of the Role

  • Execute the sales and marketing strategy within a designated area or customer segment, with a strong focus on specification and technical requirements.
  • Drive the development and growth of sales for a portfolio of both existing and newly introduced technical building products, particularly for concrete structures, ensuring these products meet specification standards and project requirements.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Oversee and drive the growth and performance of all sales activities within the assigned market.
  • Develop business opportunities by identifying and engaging with prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identify and evaluate business prospects by researching and analysing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects, and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the organization.
  • Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to maintain client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings by staying informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Uphold quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Enhance professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building professional networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in promotional events.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related results and supporting team objectives.
  • It is not possible to enumerate all duties, but your scope covers all Specification related responsibilities. Your duties will also extend to other departments as and when required.

Key functional competencies and relevant experience
  • Possess Degree in Civil/Structural engineering or Mechanical engineering.
  • Relevant working experience in related fields - sales, construction, and building materials including hands-on and report/document writing would be an advantage.
  • Technical product knowledge in building materials / construction accessories.
  • Exposure to Multinational Culture | Work Environment.
  • Goal oriented, analytical, self-motivated, confident, proactive, and initiative. The ability to be flexible, decisive, and quick-thinking.
  • Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and handle multiple financial tasks and projects.
  • High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Resonate with Leviat Values including safety aspects.
