Job Description

The Production Laborer performs a variety of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment producing stormwater infrastructure components. This role supports the fabrication, assembly, and preparation of aluminum, stainless steel, and related products while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Assemble and prepare fabricated components for shipment
• Assist with fabrication and production activities on the shop floor
• Operate basic shop equipment such as drill presses, band saws, grinders, and power tools
• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet delivery deadlines
• Assist with material handling, staging, and movement within the shop
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1+ year experience in manufacturing or fabrication is preferred.
• Proficiency with tools/equipment located on production floor such as drill press, band saw, power tools, etc.
• Ability to read shop blueprints.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• This job involves the following physical demands: frequent walking, standing, climbing, bending, stretching, using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items
• Environmental conditions involve warehouse temperatures of 30 degrees Fahrenheit and up
• Job responsibilities involve occasional exposure to noise, oil, grease, dust, small particulates.
