• Ontwikkeling inkoopplannen: Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategische plannen die nauw aansluiten bij de lange-termijndoelen van Filoform. Je zet in op kostenbesparingen, een uitstekende productkwaliteit en betrouwbare levering, om de gehele supply chain te versterken. Ook een juist voorraadbeleid en S&OP zijn een belangrijk onderdeel.
• Contract- en prijsonderhandelingen: Je leidt de onderhandelingen met leveranciers voor zowel directe als indirecte categorieën en bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, evalueren en beheren van contracten, met strikte naleving van wet- en regelgeving en bedrijfsnormen.
• Leveranciersrelaties en prestatiebeheer: Het beoordelen van leveranciersprestaties en het onderhouden van sterke, langdurige relaties met strategische partners, gericht op het optimaliseren van de levering en het maximaliseren van de klanttevredenheid.
• Risico- en duurzaamheidsbeheer: Je identificeert en beperkt risico's binnen de supply chain, waarbij je zorgt voor continuïteit en het minimaliseren van verstoringen. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan het integreren van duurzame praktijken binnen de inkoopstrategie, voor een toekomstbestendige organisatie.

• 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
• HBO werk- en denkniveau;
• Afgeronde opleiding in Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management of gelijkwaardig;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (Duits is een pré);
• Ervaring binnen Supply Chain Management in een drukke productieomgeving.
