We're looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead paving crews and oversee projects ranging from highways and commercial parking lots to municipal streets and airport surfaces. If you're a hands-on leader who values safety, quality, and production, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a crew of 7-14 paving professionals
- Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability
- Coordinate paving operations, trucking logistics, and daily production
- Monitor schedules, productivity, and job cost performance
- Ensure work meets specifications and quality standards
- Train and mentor crew members
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and crew performance
- 3-5+ years of asphalt paving experience
- Foreman, lead, or crew supervision experience preferred
- Commercial/private paving and M.O.T. experience
- Strong knowledge of paving operations and jobsite logistics
- Ability to read plans, manage production, and maintain records
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform the physical demands of a construction environment, including lifting up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
