As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across multiple domains, including vendors, customers, materials, and employees. You will support data governance frameworks, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements within our Shared Service Center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain master data records in SAP, MDG, and related systems.
- Perform validation checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Execute master data changes in line with global and local standards and governance rules.
- Monitor data quality through regular reporting and support root cause analyses.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve data issues.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Contribute to process optimization, automation, and standardization initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in master data management and good knowledge of SAP/MDG or other ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data structures, and process flows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication, customer orientation, and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance; English at intermediate level or above.
