Job Summary

We are currently looking for Machine Operators at our newly equipped Milton plant.

Job Responsibilities

• Operating the machine and ensuring its good functioning.
• Following quality manual and health and safety policies and procedures
• Operating all the equipment related to the machine.
• Participating in maintenance work and mold changes.
• Preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Performing operations and necessary adjustments for machine start up.
• Programing equipment in accordance with the product requested.
• Adjusting the machine and equipment in accordance with production and quality standards.
• Completing quality and production reports.
• Identifying any abnormalities or faulty situations regarding the product, quality, machine, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as machine operator
• Strong mechanical ability, reading of measuring tools, use of basic hand/power tools.
• Teamwork oriented, initiative; responsible, able to react, to be precise; methodical
• Fluent in written & reading English.
• Must have an excellent attendance record

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $30.02 - $32.02/HR
