About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced, safety-focused truck driver looking for a rewarding role in construction? Join us as a Lowboy Truck Driver and help transport essential materials and equipment across our project sites. You'll be part of a supportive team, working with modern vehicles and experienced managers.

• Operate multi-axle trucks (over 3 tons) to transport construction materials and heavy equipment

• Tow semi-trailers or trailers as required

• Safely load and unload specialized machinery (pavers, roller broom tractors, concrete curb/gutter machines)

• Perform routine truck maintenance and operating adjustments

• Secure all loads with chains or straps before departure

• Maintain communication with supervisors for instructions and updates

• Log trips and maintenance as required by regulations

• Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean

• Assist with additional duties as assigned

• Valid CDL A license and clean driving record (hazmat endorsement preferred)

• No restrictions on Manual Transmission operation

• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and Fit for Work physical

• High school diploma or GED required

• Construction or heavy hauling experience is a plus

• Eligible to provide valid I-9 documentation

• Professional, respectful, and reliable team player

• Demonstrates flexibility and commitment to work during nights, weekends, overtime hours, and in outdoor environments under any weather conditions

• Punctual and adaptable to changing project needs

• Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.
• Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
• Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.
• Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely.
