Sales Management
- Responsible for the achievement of Leviat China yearly sales targets
- Define and execute selling plans and customer visit plan
Sales and Business Development
- Enlarge Customer Base and key projects pipeline
- Expand Leviat sales in key projects: New Products / New cities, new market segments.
Team Leadership
- Lead the Performance culture in the Sales team. Develop, Train and coach sales team members
- Lead sales team with Weekly Sales Meeting, Monthly and Quarterly Reviews
Sales Analysis / Planning / Strategy
- Report and analyze sales performance on a monthly basis and take corrective actions
- Make yearly Sales Territory Plan
- Gather information from market and competitors ; anticipate and adapt to market changes
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above, with preferably Civil Engineer background
- At least 10 years working experience in Sales and Sales Team management in foreign company
- Good knowledge and contacts within the construction sector
- Experience in professional interactions with Developers, Architects, Consultants, Design Institutes
- Experience in Specification Sales Business Model and Distributor Sales.
