Job Summary
This position requires managing and tracking inventory, ensuring accurate records, proper stock levels, and efficient flow of goods. Playing a critical role in ensureing operational efficiency, minimizing waste, and supporting timely order fulfillment, directly impacting the organization's profitability and supply chain effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
- Track inventory levels, perform regular audits, reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records, and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, update business systems to reflect inventory status, and generate reports for management
- Develop protocols to mitigate inventory loss and investigate discrepancies or shortages
- Serve as a point of contact for internal clients, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory support
- Report to an Inventory Manager and may supervise or train warehouse staff when necessary
- Conduct audits and generate detailed inventory reports
- Organize and optimize storage and retrieval systems
- Process returns, damages, and obsolete stock
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures and inventory management software
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Compensation
- The hourly pay rate is $22-$23/hr.
